Originally a pair of side-by-side homes built for Civil War officers and their families, our spacious schoolhouses have been charmingly restored to allow children to flow freely from indoors to our lovely outdoor play yards.

Serra’s park-like setting within The Presidio provides a unique opportunity for our children to learn about the natural world.  Surrounded by towering eucalyptus trees, under the circle of red tailed hawks and flights of the local parrot flocks, Serra children delight in the discovery of learning.
